     Mediterranean Cigars
 30 pcs.
 INGREDIENTS
 1 kg  Alt-Minced meat   50 g  Tomato oil
 250 g  Sautéed onion   20 g  “Ras El-Hanut”
 75 g  Dried tomato paste  5 g   Black pepper
 75 g  Chopped parsley   5 g  Cumin
 5   Fine-chopped    5 pks  Cigar leaves
    garlic clove   1 kg  Vegetable oil for frying
 PREPARATION
 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
 2. Taste and adjust seasoning
 3. Open pack of cigar leaves
 4. Make a little “sausage” shape from 20 g filling and
   place it on the top side of the leaf (3 cm from the end)
 5. Brush water on the ends of the leaf
 6. Fold tightly and place on tray
 7. Heat oil to 180°c, fry cigars for 6 min
